Also, closer to Baltimore Pike is more attractive I have heard as there are transportation options there connecting to downtown.With that said, Cobbs Creek is still a big area, have to narrow down your area you wanna invest in.

I met a guy that organizes a mastermind session for tax liens that meets at the panera on buckeystown pike in frederick-can't remember the exact dates.      

- I'm very curious about a private $ setup b/c I feel I'm at a tipping point where I may have to look elsewhere on future deals which are coming down the pike.- I'm also curious on thoughts, might be a dumb question but, when is the # of rentals owned 'too many' in a specific market based on size/population.

we have an LLC in Washington State (which doesn't have any income tax--until the nuts in Seattle try once again to make people who work hard "pay their fair share" so the lazy people can smoke weed in Pike Place at lunch time during the week..seriously happened once again today!!!)
