Properties in Cobbs Creek - Class C or D

Hey folks, I have been looking at a number of properties in Cobbs Creek and driven around the place. The sense I get that while some areas there are improving, Cobbs Creek is still firmly a D class neighborhood. Do people agree? What should I be looking out for while scouting for properties in this area?

@Vinod Badami I recently bought and rehabbed one single family townhouse in CobbsCreek area. Definitely a lot of change going there and prices for fully rehabbed houses going for 200k. Also, closer to Baltimore Pike is more attractive I have heard as there are transportation options there connecting to downtown.

With that said, Cobbs Creek is still a big area, have to narrow down your area you wanna invest in.
