I fully agree that the transformation over the years has been fantastic and despite the influx of more diverse offerings such as restaurants and hotels and even the creation of a contemporary art museum (albeit only one of two worthwhile mentioning) they usually build another mall before they invest in real community projects or expand on a more diverse offering of the arts. 

This by far has been a worthwhile investment.

I network with a couple of real estate agents trying to get some listing my way that could be worth while investments.

They aren’t cheap, but might be worthwhile if you can charge a few hundred extra per month rent with full AC.

Original Seller made a choice to sell property as-is and use his hours +$$ somewhere more worth while for them.

I realize that sometimes these things do take time to setup but in my short time using it, I was finding too many glitches to make it worthwhile.

Little thing known as truth in advertising.If you have something worthwhile to trade for someone's info, and you're honest about it, go for it....squeeze away.
