We are starting our journey in West End and planning to use the BRRRR method.

We who were real estate investors then, came across these strategies, techniques and methods haphazardly.  

Have you done any deals in the DFW area using the BRRRR method?

Think about mixing ways to work: start with fixing houses to make money fast and then use the BRRRR method for more money over time.

I know there is Angie, any other methods you guys suggest, beside google search of course and vetting ;)

Bob BurnsIMO almost every guru approach to real estate success is flawed because it teaches that one method/strategy will be successful in every market in all economic climates.  

But this is how I approach planning at the highest level. some additional context you can put that into land and with guidance get non recourse debt on one development deal that will change your life. there's the slow method of one at at time or go bigger for 100+ units with capital raise. tons of strategies but great points all around Scott 

That being said, I'd rather delay for a "sure-fire" method (lease non-renewal), rather than do something reckless in a way they could defeat or push back in court, if it came to that. 

Getting right into it, I have been seeing many posts about people doing the BRRRR method and all of it is very good to soak in.
