Yiv,Unfortunately I have had my share of inherited tenants, illegal move in of a friend after another tenant moved and tenants having someone "stay" on a temporary basis then acquiring the visitor as a permanent tenant.

I used to use a product that would be suitable for the food industry or healthcare industry but found that it doesn't always work with the infestations that you would find in a long-time vacant property.I have since been using a product called Termidor(no relation to them in any way) and have been very satisfied with it.

She thinks it is a great rental - I don't disagree with her, it is a great rental property, but one that I wish to get out of due to time constraints.I currently don't have the time to find a suitable tenant, and have not been able to find property manager or leasing agent that I feel comfortable with.That's why I thought I would try offering it in some way to cash investors who are looking for ready to rent properties.

Each seller is given a drone to put inside a home for sale.When there is no visitor the drone is outside on the yard and be the yard sign.

@Sam Leon Fortunately none of our properties are suitable for daycares - zoning only allows for unlicensed childcare of <=4 children anyway.
