You need STR insurance, not a homeowners policy.Don't depend on any insurance provided by a listing platform.

Again there was a lot of info given at the 3 day and I did like the idea of being able to utilize their platform for a year for free (Well of course the event cost $300) but I somehow felt we would need more "education", mentoring and help.
