I would agree with the comments above start out slow make your own calls at first get 1000 calls will teach you how to speak on the phone with the seller so you can teach the VA what to say when handling objects it took me about 4 months to get my first wholesale deal everyone is different but it taught me a lot.

They have now stopped responding and corresponding to emails and the only phone numbers they provide go to a medical facility in Florida and a full VM box that never gets responded to.Am I just f'd out of my money here with no recourse or do I have any leg to stand on to try and sue them for poor due diligence and not fulfilling the promises made?
