Anyone trying to throw doubt on the reality of this Promised Land found himself being attacked as if he had blasphemed about a religious faith or love of country.As the crowd piling into the market grew, brokerage house offices grew more than doubled - from 700 in 1925 to over 1,600 in 1929 - mushrooming across the country into such places as Steubenville, Ohio; Independence, Kansas; Amarillo, Texas; Gastonia, North Carolina; Storm Lake, Iowa; Chickasha, Oklahoma, and Shabbona, Illinois.

Raleigh is also the home of the Hurricanes and the Wolfpack, and hosts a variety of sports events, music festivals, rallies, and protests. 

From my research it seems like Austin is pretty popular during the March-April and August-November seasons (due to festivals, events etc).

Hocking Hills is slower January-February but the community is trying to have events like the Frozen Festival and winter hikes (the landscape is really beautiful with snow!)

This time last year we were booked solid through April with snowbirds and people coming for Cards games, Spring Training, the Open, Barrett Jackson, Culinary Festival, etc.

BTW, your statement about ethics, I have a feeling you're off a bit on that angle.Business ethics, as I just recently posted, is not your opinion or anyone's opinion of what is acceptable in any industry, it's not a religious point of view, it's not what we personally feel might be right or wrong, business ethics are established expectations of conduct for those dealing in that industry.

strength or trends in local long-term rental marketany known or suspected developments coming to the area (businesses, attractions, festivals, etc)any flips that will be getting finished in the next 1-6 months?

Maybe post some pics of them (baited into the yard) with the cabin in the background, and leave the bait out.It's better than watching mosquitoes buzz around all day and night.Also it if has internet access, or cell phone access maybe point that out as a feature.Any fun Bluegrass festivals in the area, maybe point those out too.Good Luck!
