Wanted to bring back to life and able to monitor as a rental with location.

I monitor actual usage divided by the number of tenants in building or the number of billing cycle days.

While direct mail is something that require close monitoring, iteration and systems to manage, I wanted to ask:  What has worked well for direct mail marketing specifically in DFW and what should be avoided?   

So we extract the data so we can better organize it.For example, we extract reviews from individual review emails, so we can better track them, monitor review trends, and be in a better position to act on negative reviews or when we receive constructive feedback.We extra reservation and payout data, so we can organize it in a database and then create better reports on our revenues, nights booked, ADRs, and so on and on.

What's great is that I can use the app on my phone to monitor any maintenance requests, applications, payments/charges, reporting tools, etc.

You learn what a good tenant looks like, you screen to weed out the bad ones, and then you monitor them.

It is unlikely that the servicing company will call the loan if it is performing and they're probably not going to monitor the utility bills to make sure they're issued to the right entity on the original loan documents.
