Med School reset it at exactly 5 hours for me in 1992.It has stayed that way ever since.

These are the LLs who are willing to give the less fortunate a chance, and often give a heads up to the social safety net when a client/tenant is off their meds, relapsing, or otherwise decompensating.

Here's just one of many examples I personally witnessed while working for the state:24-year-old mother of two was on pain meds and unable to work due to a diagnosed 30% curvature of the spine.

NIMBYISM stalled project for almost 4 years and boasted 700 apts starting at 3K, an already scaled back Mall/shopping redo and 16K, 2 building Medical space (which also could get hit hard by tele med). 

Hopefully all the smartest guys are wrong this time and the crisis gets cancelled as fast as it came with new meds.

I also offered current law students in my building a $100 rent credit if I rent to another law student they referred to me.I also spoke with the housing person at the law school and she would post my vacancies on their facebook page, because students could walk to campus from our building, and they were always short of housing for law students.I have heard that the same is true for med students.
