you haven't mentioned prices for plumbing is it on slab foundation or raised floor because the plumbing and finish (tile vs linoleum flooring, fiberglass tub and surround vs cast iron tub w/ tile surround?

Hi Kristen, I have not gotten one from him, though I have gotten similar unsolicited emails regarding real estate from a number of addresses (lenders, with or without quotation marks, team builders, etc); ironically, I get far more RE spam that passes through my filters than any other kind.

And wholesalers know it, and take advantage of it when they LIE (and yes, that is the right word) about being cash buyers.I find it incredibly ironic that you speak of qualifying end buyers, and object to people qualifying wholesalers.
