you haven't mentioned prices for plumbing is it on slab foundation or raised floor because the plumbing and finish (tile vs linoleum flooring, fiberglass tub and surround vs cast iron tub w/ tile surround?

Half of my business is helping new wholesalers and we've made good money, ironically most of the time its on deals other folks shoot down.

Hi Kristen, I have not gotten one from him, though I have gotten similar unsolicited emails regarding real estate from a number of addresses (lenders, with or without quotation marks, team builders, etc); ironically, I get far more RE spam that passes through my filters than any other kind.

Once replaced the PSI went up significantly & we had gone crazy trying to find the reason for low pressure.It was an iron coupling on a 3/4 copper pipe feed ???? 

And wholesalers know it, and take advantage of it when they LIE (and yes, that is the right word) about being cash buyers.I find it incredibly ironic that you speak of qualifying end buyers, and object to people qualifying wholesalers.

Ironically, in my opinion, the best hedge is building a quality, expensive product that will sell in all circumstances.
