I called a reo number that I found on this site dating back to 2008 but since then they do not put you in direct conatct with an asset manager.

I met her a couple times and talked with the previous owner about the tenant to get additional information and do some indirect screening and I concluded that I was comfortable with the existing tenant, who was a very nice lady.
