We see these disruptions in inflation manifested all around us, but the sectors that the government has gone "whole hog" in, inflation has been particularly wild:  Healthcare, college/higher education, and real estate.

There seems to be a shift to MTR from STR since the governments, HOA's, and Condo associations have banned them. 

Unless both parties stop their insane spending and money-printing, inflation is going to be hard to curb.
