Looking for recommendations for Agent-Brokers in Jacksonville, Florida.  

The first 5 years I have been working in real estate offices as an escrow coordinator, relocation specialist and office manager for agents in the Santa Clara county and Palm Springs areas.

My broker has been buying properties for ages whether REO, auction, short sale, etc. so you'd have his guidance along with me being the man on the ground. 

I've heard Brandon and Josh mention on many of their podcasts, making recommendation for agents to read one of their books so that we could understand what an REI is looking for.
