@Alex Flowers  - This will depend on the specific rules that your local MLS has.  

I see so much flowers, seed pods and leaves, they sit on the roof and with the daily rain in South Florida the debris completely carpet that section of the roof in a matter of days, and with the captured moisture it causes the shingle nails to rust a lot quicker over time. 

Add some landscaping like bushes, shrubs, flowers, or trees to create a more inviting entrance.

A super basic flower bed -  sometimes black mulch sometimes red mulch.  

Coverage for less than full replacement value, this will bring down your premium but in case of a complete loss you won't have enough money to rebuild, you'll just have to plant some nice flowers.  

9- get rid of the white contraption on the counter and replace with some colorful fresh flowers.

I noticed many 20 somethings out walking dogs, lots of flowers, etc.

I had considered installing flower beds full of rose bushes along the property line.
