Did you hire someone that provided the full equipment + install or did you buy the submetering equipment yourself and then just paid for labor to install?

What was the total cost to purchase the equipment and have your plumber install?  

Some other light industrial uses that might come are the suppliers/service techs specific to the ADC equipment, which I understand to be pretty highly specialized. 

The interest isnt good, but having easy access to cash on hand has helped me get good deals on equipment to expand my business which has given me a better Roi than my IRA or REI. 

I haven't made any met yet from either wholesaling or with the lots but i receipts for everything including my equipment for clearing land.. do i need a EIN this early.. im still working on getting a bank account for my business..

Should I hold off on buying equipment suck as a laptop until after my first home purchase?
