Usually our cleaning company lets us know the place is still clean.I usually send a nice email hoping all is ok and letting them know they can book with us in the future with a 10pct discount.

Agree with Ken.This may just be a ploy to get a discount.

What is the average/normal financial incentive given to realtors that provide you leads of distressed sellers that are willing to sell RE at a discount?

I've been having a hard timing finding good cashflowing opportunities that are not foreclosures or deeply discounted.
