Customer service is no help.

As collateral, I got a personal guarantee (yes, from him as an individual) and he mortgaged (is it "he" mortgaged, or "I" mortgaged, well you get the picture...) the property he owned outright (the one that has the contract for deed tenant).

I heard some realtors say that they want to make sure that their customers do not have a bad experience more importantly than receiving a bonus. 

So he wants a camera on his car for safety reasons and it just happens to get the other unit in the picture....
