When the tenants confronted the neighbor about it he denied it and went in the house and started yelling at his grandkid…My tenants say they didn't see the kid do it, but its not hard to realize this kid did this (he's your typical neighborhood Dennis the Menace).

One nephew had convinced the aunt that the town had taken the house back and they no longer had to worry about it… He was very angry when he found I had been speaking to the aunt and informed her that there was still an ownership interest in the property…  he apparently lost his mother recently and went through quite a process with dealing with her estate and presumably that is the reason he wants nothing to do with this house… Confronted me and said they wanted nothing to do with the property and were not willing to deal with attorneys and threatened me if I contacted anyone in his family again...I sent letters to the other cousins who I had good information for, but received no responses.
