I mean, sure there are probably upstanding citizens as well, but downtown Clarksville is the opposite of what we would consider a safe investment. there is a lot of crime concentrated near the river and a lot of drug use.

The earthquakes do seem to be concentrated in that one city (Irving), so if you decide to look more closely at investing in DFW, I would steer clear of there if you have concerns.

Hi AlI am originally from Miami, there is a boom in the Doral area, but there seems to be a lot of competition, the west coast of south Florida is beaming and ready for an expansion, most of the people concentrate on the east coast from West Palm Beach down to Miami.

I've been concentrating specifically on Expired Multi Family listings and it's worked really well.

That would be it for the outside and landscaping unless you want to exercise more creativity but I would concentrate making improvements to the interior quality of the units small as they are.
