Once you have submitted an offer, or have an offer in hand if you are the seller, getting the completed documentation compiled and sent in as 1 packet is critical. 

But to another newbie, that question is literally a Godsend.Maybe using software to automatically compile and relocate all these “quantity” questions into a section of the site and herding hungry investors ( newbies et al) towards that area can be good for all.

One free resource is the price history compiled by Redfin.

I'm compiling my own list of properties with equity, along with others, and going through the property data base online you find a lot of trusts and llc's holding Co.'

Also, have you started compiling a buyers list or did you take other steps as your first step? 

As a newbie, interested in starting to create a property portfolio, my interest is to slowly over the next year compile relevant information in regards to the initial set up period before investment actually begins.Do's and dont's,  relevant people to be making relationships with, companies or organisations to be talking to etc.I'm from Christchurch,New Zealand if that's relevant.Thanks in advance for the potential help

This may mean showing units, it may mean compiling lists, etc. 

Just wondering if those were contractors that you've vetted or if it was a compiled list just based on availability?
