Finding Information About Deals
Hello,
I am new to BP and have been listening to the podcasts to get started. I am interested in buy and hold properties from SFU to smaller multi-family units. In a couple of the early podcasts they advise analyzing 3 deals a day to familiarize yourself with your market and to know what a good deal looks like. I have been trying to find the information to run the calculations but not on an easy enough platform to run 3 analyses per day. Is there something better than Zillow to get the numbers to familiarize yourself with a market?
Thanks,
Ben
