The buyer is not a party to the loan, so the bank will foreclose and destroy your credit, not his.If you put a clause in the agreement that you can foreclose if the buyer misses two payments, is unenforceable and will be thrown out by the court.You are probably needing to do a wrap to maintain the ability to foreclose.Just do a wrap.
