Can anyone recommend the best form of mailing campaign marketing?

We should have our own fully-functioning portal and robust marketing campaigns ready in the next 1-2 weeks.  

If the only thing you have is $1k cash a month, it makes sense to me to think about a marketing campaign for the purpose of wholesaling some properties to generate cash for the buy and holds.

Anyone with experience doing this have any pointers in what to look for/ a fair pay rate?

Thanks to being a delivery driver for years, working a state rep political campaign walking door to door one entire fall, and growing up riding my bike every where in middle school I feel I can do some serious investing in these areas as my knowledge increases.

I rarely look at the campaigns on a daily basis.

Have been getting lots of calls since starting my yellow letter campaign.

I am currently reviewing a direct mail campaign for this area and trying to establish if there is any interest.

I will be starting a marketing campaign within the next few weeks and see what kind of leads I can get and hopefully turn one of those into a deal.

Any info you can help a first time mailer campaign would be great!
