Hey guys, I am new to the forums here and to real estate in general. I consider myself a student at this point. I watched some videos on YouTube, listen to a lot of podcasts and was determined I would definitely be a wholesaler... We'll since I've found BP it has really opened my eyes and I am considering all options at this point. I am sure that dfw is full of wholesalers and I don't want to just blend into the crowd. I will be starting a marketing campaign within the next few weeks and see what kind of leads I can get and hopefully turn one of those into a deal. I'm really excited to see what opportunities will present themselves and go from there. I am open to learn any and all advice will be accepted and much appreciated. Hope to be posting about my first deal soon.
