It seems kind of draconian (and unnecessarily costly via turnover on my end) to terminate her lease over this, so I am trying to anticipate what would be the next logical step if she doesn't comply after my formal letter to her.

There needs to be good light where cooking and food prep occurs.It is costly to add plumbing and electricity later, so placing such in the right places from the start, in anticipation of future needs, is a good idea.

"Condo Association" is all my loan officer had to say to strike away all my excitement in becoming an investor....It's been hours everyday in anticipation, knowing I had a little golden goose waiting to claim.....What is standing in the way is ......The condo has ridiculous fees and management was known for all their problems so I knew there was NO WAY they'll meet the bank's preferences.....surely enough I'm right!
