I bet you could work out a deal with a process server.  

Another $50 or so for a process server.

Inventory is serverly low and when something does pop up at a great price you have to move at light speed.

My wife works in the food industry as a server and she's been doing that for quite awhile.

We are both servers (and will be until we search for other jobs).

If you don't know where they are, you might want to pay a process server to find them.  

There are so many STRs that there is no longer any housing left for workers in the tourism industry (maids, servers, bar tenders, front desk staff, etc). 

If you are provided with great service and a great meal but only make your servers/cooks job harder by being ridiculously nitpicky, rude, and never showing gratitude no one is going to want to serve you.
