If you look at the two small holes you tried to stick the screw driver into, they have slots cut into them, that is where you stick a flat head and unscrew them.

Yang   PG is worthless 99% of the time.. you have to go to a full blown trial and get a judgement then you hand it over to the debt collector.same with the note and deed of trust.. yes anyone can send a letter say hey your late if you don't pay we are going to foreclose.. you don't need to pay 15% for that.. just write it yourself.and I am sure the first is already doing that..I would take the advice above contact the senior lender let them know your in second if they don't already know and see what if anything they are willing to do..
