Nex tax law - how it impacts the REI

Hey folks,

I came across an interesting article regarding the implications of the new tax law and I thought I would share with everyone.  I could use some clarification on some of it from the more experienced investors here, specifically regarding properties counting towards the 20% pass-through rate on pg. 14.
