Hell, if all it takes is offering out some software, i think i gotta call IT in India and get ball rolling, people paying me for chance to send me deals, LMAO, that is a new Pet Rock for sure. 

I would tell the complaining neighbor to talk to the other neighbor directly and/or call the police.

I typically just call them out.

If something breaks they are going to get it fixed - but you want to be careful about who they call.

I ended up using a company called Atlas 1031.

We were surprised that Kiavi never thought to call the vendor of their software, or a database technician, to fix this.We provided the requested copy of our LLC articles of organization.
