Sometimes you really have to dig to find people, search public records and view any lawsuits, traffic tickets, arrest records, etc. because sometimes you'll find a phone number.

Guessing but apparently the tenants teenage son was arrested for, we think for drugs.I am at my wits end with all this and am talked to my realtor to just sell the place.

Recently several local news stations have investigated crooked contractors and they have been arrested. 

have to watch for squatters though.I had a guy that would bring me deals he was quite slight in stature and he could many times get in the doggie doors :)  but I have also had clients of mine bust in and end up getting arrested and that was not good..

It will all still get processed and maybe even a warrant for his arrest for skipping trail, but what are you actually getting for all this time spent?

My guess (and certainly not to judge) is they have two illegal immigrants working for them or a priority arrest conviction.

Any possible inconvenience you have is nothing to the damages you will pay for a wrongful arrest or illegal eviction.
