Company wanting to pay for tenants

Tom McGee
Posted

I got my second duplex and both units are vacant.  I received a call from a company who is requesting: "I'm looking to rent for my 2 employees an apartment. I will be responsible for everything would like to know what will I need to apply under the company name."  I researched the company and they are a small construction company that seems to have a great reputation. My guess (and certainly not to judge) is they have two illegal immigrants working for them or a priority arrest conviction. While I am skeptical, I am intrigued which seems like guaranteed rent.  I would love to hear from this group the thoughts on this situation.
