How can I get access to a tax deed property before buying?
Before I bid, I want to see what I am buying. How do you find out if the property is occupied or not? How do you see it other than drive by?

Unfortunately you cannot. There are typically ways to tell if it is occupied by trying to determine if water and power are on to a property
Ask a neighbor
See if trash cans are brought to streeet day of collection
You could also accidentally deliver a pizza to the wrong house and see if someone answers the door.
Those are some ways to see if it’s occupied
