They are not well suited for a novice.You may see auction results that look appealing, but you don't consider things likea.

Since your goal is to have multiple rental properties, you may want to look into selling your current primary, tax free, and use that money to put it as a downpayment on 3 or 4 rental properties.

Let's of NYC investors look at other cities in NY, Rochester, Buffalo, etc... they can drive to them to see them, and they know the state well enough to feel comfortable.Most of the rust belt cities in NY offer cash flow as well.

Even with those small pieces of glass, the cleaners need to take care to get any dust or lint left behind after wiping them down.I use various size dining placemats as covers for the glass which keeps them looking good and from damage.
