As far as the meetups go i seem to be the luckiest newbie to ever enter real estate due to the fact that in every "meetup" i have attended i have been told that the guru presenter would teach me "how to be successful" for free but when i arrive im given a high level general education and told that for $500 - $2500 (varies from the meetups i've been to) i can get the best RE training on the face of the planet and after leaving i will make $1,000,000 every week for the rest of my life(yes im being sarcastic).

Somehow, she was snagged by the stupidest scammer on the planet, who used American banks and left the money in the account long enough for it to be seized back.

It is a toxic product before it is cured.

Toxic situation.

Others do it on site and you have to be careful of the way they dispose of their waste, especially liquid toxic waste.Some time back, I read of a lawsuit here in NY where the landlord and his dry cleaning tenant was sued over flushing hazardous materials done the drain, and then a sewer blockage caused contamination in the neighborhood when there was wastewater backup.

I bring back a bag of fruit each week in season and Tenants all pitch in to keep it clean we use a non toxic Pest Management as prescribed by our county so it all works. with 6 trees it provides for quite a few people I get all I want of Oranges,Lemons and Avocados. 

I'm sorry but there is not a stock on this planet that would have turned my initial $60,000 investment into $170,000 in three years and pay me $2000 worth of dividends every month like my two 4-plex properties.

I’ll assume that you’re looking into real estate because you want to earn lump sum profits and/or residual income and to take advantage of the best tax shelter on the planet. 

I'll never understand the people on this planet.  

Oh and the cherry on top is everything is potentially toxic!
