I then had the property surveyed and concurred that the neighbor was correct the lot line did go through the center of the house so my surveyor made the adjustments as we agreed.

We are still talking through the details and how we plan on having them done, how big the lots will be per unit, etc.My question is, i understand there's the process of surveying the land with civil engineers, and also a lot of development process that must happen before construction can begin.

Below are the costs I am aware of:- Surveyor: topographic survey, tree survey, verification of true current property dimensions, subdivision plan, existing house building location certificate.- Arborist: tree report (and tree removal, if necessary). - City of Surrey: application fees, development cost charges (DCCs), Engineering fees?

Regardless of how bad their credit is when they start, within 2-3 years they can go get a BANK LOAN because they've got a couple of solid years of payment history with a private party.Of course someone's going to have to pay for a survey and replat on the property.all cash
