I am always striving to learn as much as I can from experienced investors.

As an investor, I do this for my own deals and as a Real Estate Agent, I strive to provide feedback to my clients (a great majority of which are investors like myself), if for no other reason than to give them a 2nd set of eyes.Recently, I was on the “Agent” end of an Investor Flip that was, to say the least – “painful.”

We also strive to provide proven, documented and RECENT evidence of our services. 

We try to strive for above 50% showing up (as you can see the number weren't hit!) 

I can be somewhat fastidious and some times dwell on small details, however, it is from a source of determination and a strong work ethic to strive for excellence. 

Compared to all my relatives living in trailers, I thought I was high cotton and never thought to strive for more.After I retired from the military, I decided to get into real estate with a focus on property management.

I'll definitely strive for the team thing.

If you are self managing you really could pass on 18% of rents to the renter and still be ahead so we strive for long term renters. 

Personally, I'd strive to have at a minimum 6 months of reserves in the bank after all is said and done, god forbid something were to happen - tenants don't want to pay rent anymore, they lost their job, etc.

Set goals, not only for real estate but the other areas of your life to make sure you are striving for what's important.
