Besides that, social media is the best marketing tool!

I purposely didn’t include my social and instead put a screenshot of my credit report and that was enough to get started at least.

I am trying to put my mindset in a stance of "how can i make this work" instead of "this won't work, insert limiting belief"I'm the typical newbie investor, spent most my money trying to create a social media following.

No social media (but she does work with kids in a school system so maybe privacy settings).  

It is an interesting social relationship at play because you and your agent have slightly different goals. 

A) Start a Farm1) Create Neighborhood Website and corresponding social media sites2) Door Knock3) Every Door Direct Mail CampaignB) Sphere of Influence1) Create Monthly Email Campaign2) Be Social, go to every party, happy hour etc.3) Get them items of value every quarter4) Personal handwritten letters/birthday cards/holiday cards etc.C) Business to Business Networking1) Join a B2B networking Group2) Refer people to their business, be a giver.D) Go To Real Estate Meetups

College education is as close as you're going to get to guaranteed upward social mobility.

LOL.. figured with my Tesla I have no gas.. and I get bored sometimes so I though maybe I give folks a ride around and socialize a little. .. but then when I read the fine print that I had to accept dogs.. that was a no go in Oregon they would be wet and smelly and muddy.. so my lyft career never lyfted off LOL.. on a side note.. one gig I like that is real estate related for those looking for extra money is that of a transaction coordinator realtors really rely on those folks and you don't have to drive anywhere  computer great scanner and some skills.. my wife pays her 400.00 a file.. and she closed over 30 files last year.. so that's just one realtor and her coordinator has many realtors I bet she makes well over 100k a year from her home.. ( now she is very good I want to emphasize that )
