Selling would be my last resort.

As a final resort I reached out to the owners.

(its a lake resort area in southern california).

We hung out for a few days, did some skiing and talked shop.

If you're inclined to be angered by the ridiculous and/or inconsiderate use of your property, you may be better off not getting into VR.That said, my VR renters have, by and large, been gentler on my property than my residential tenants (I'm not at a ski slope!)

LOLI'd say skiing would be way up there.

Don't forget about emergency repairs that may be needed when you're skiing down the slopes or 15 miles out off shore fishing. :)

I'm sure there are tons or resorts that are ready to go, pick a place first. :)
