Only problem is she charges more than others are charging for their cleaning fees.I've shopped other cleaners just out of curiosity and most are around $175 and she is at $200.It's the off season now in my market (ski town) and to compete, my rates need to be around $100/night.

Do that an at some point you will end up buying a vacant lot that used to have a gas station on it, that still has the old buried leaking tanks and the oil change guys just dumped all their oil changes behind the shop, and you will now be responsible for EPA cleanup to the tune of 100Ks.

For most that have vanilla LLC's were they bought a rental put 20% down and own a few of them to me its over kill.when you move into larger multi million dollar deals then yes I see most folks buying those in separate LLCs.. but have partners who have only one and own HUGE holdings in the one company shopping centers , MF industrial tilt ups.. but with monster insurance.
