Working on getting 2 Cold Callers to Make Calls..

Cold calling is very tough especially with caller ID etc.. today

I always do some basic Googling on callers before I consider contacting them.

The whole of the government both democratic and republican are being courted by the actual shot callers in our CAPIALIST society the corporations.People are calling for change but what their really asking for is fair, and there’s no such thing as ‘fair’ in capitalist society, but the often over looked and most important factor is most everyone has a ‘fair’ chance.

Also, if you can, train your tenants to communicate via text or email you will be better off.At first you won't mind talking to tenants but eventually you will get chills when you see their name on the caller ID. 

Does that 2nd caller sound unusual or is that par for the course for you others out there?

I started getting calls to upgrade to a $7,000 course, I told the caller I didn't have that much money, He asks, do you have credit cards?

Think about it, the acquisition managers are going to have multiple cold callers under them to give them the number of leads they need to make enough money.
