For an FHA loan, how many days you have to "physically" live in the house?

It has forced me to spend the time in finding people that i trust and putting rock solid systems in place. now that i have a team i can count on, it is usually pretty seamless. if i am not going to be physically doing the rehab, what is point of even being close to the property?

I spread out my investment over a ton of properties and you can do it as a non accredited investor, but if you make a good income realize that you will be taxed at your income bracket so you might want to think about physical real estate instead.

I’m from Massachusetts and have been looking to get into real estate for years, now seems like a great time since my knee isn’t gonna allow me to do the physical labor job I have had for the last 8 years.

Also, for those that like to closely supervise, it may seem daunting ensuring legal claims don't develop against you when you can't physically check on the property yourself.

Is there a way for my tenants to pay rent physically and I'll still be able to track the progress?

.- I have also thought about using companies like Fundrise to get started and get a feel for it, but I am unsure that this would give me the experience I to actually feel like I'm investing in a physical asset.- I am in the Raleigh, NC area.Thanks!

Is your tool going to be able to physically call the assessor to find out what taxes are owed and how is your tool going to account for the timing adjustments of billing periods for taxes?
