Hey Jermain, I commend your vulnerability but to me, it looks more like a business plan than a vision statement. 

With that said, I now have time to invest into this vision and planning.

He just needs to get a pair of raybans and work on his peripherals...

In California, I would have to pay tax on the income earned out of state, but brought back into California (even though the business was conducted outside of CA borders)2) My eyes really have been around the Eugene and Corvallis areas; with Bend and Beaverton/Hillsboro in the peripheral.

Especially as a beginning investor it's easy to get tunnel vision on the deal that's right in front of you.

They had visions of what they would do when they found gold.

Listen I'm all for being dedicated, having strong goals, and visions.  

We all love it for one reason or another.Personally I love real estate because you see a property in distress and you create a vision of what it can be, not what it currently is.

I imagine that the three of you had some vision of what each of you were planning on doing individually in the venture - write down what those were. 

I have this future vision of owning 20 homes in 5 years, as they are affordable.
