Will keep everyone posted.FYI, to see these 'events' in AppFolio, you have to click on the primary tenant and scroll down to the 'Notes' section.

As I quickly scroll through listings and see 50k properties with more than 10k of rehab (threshold for light rehab) won't work.  

For me, I couldn't scroll down and click the "request cancellation" button, which made me wonder if prospective leads would run into the same issue (not much sense in having a site and advertising if the site doesn't function enough for them to submit the lead).

I think there will always be value in having a full house for rent, but I also agree that SO many people have flooded into this space lately, buying almost any property to turn into a STR that you are competing with a lot more listing, and without something special about your property, your listing gets lost in the scrolling.

You can either call them or you can use the tool they provide on their website that allows you to search demand for the area you are considering (Property owners tab, scroll about halfway down to find "search travel nurse demand for your area", click Review Stats and away you go).

Under the TWO-FAMILY use, scroll across the table and see if that use is allowed in the zoning district that the property is located in.
