She  seems to be very conservative.For instance I was going to write off flights while I monitor the renovations of the new property and she said I can't write off flights but only autoWe plan to spend about $100,000 in improvements over 2 months and wanted to deduct as much as possible in the first yearWe were thinking to write off or accelerate the first years improvements that are able to. 

If the units are furnished, I'm assuming you're targetting students, traveling nurses, or flight attendants.

The attorneys I know that specialize in this have told me that they are advising their clients to use Tier II and have altered their strategy for in-flight Regulation A offerings under review.  

 if you are interested I highly recommend taking a flight to take a look at the area.I invest in Chicago and I see hundreds of these deals everyday and I never bite on them.Way too much hassle.

Since I'm on a flight I thought I'd take a moment and write an update.The project has moved on painfully slow, mainly in part to my own frustrations with Wells Fargo and other business that must be dealt with.They initially declined for me to finish it myself but since the work has been mostly completed there were no contractors willing to put their name on the project.

Unfortunately I am on my way to business meetings and then have to catch a flight back to Texas.

All I know is I have to be back in Barcelona by the 2nd to catch my flight home, but anything before that is free game!
