Hello BP Community,

New investor located in Vancouver, WA across the river from Portland, Oregon. I have been checking out the site for a few months now and have talked to a few local investors here on the site, but thought I better say hello to everyone else. I have started getting more serious about investing within the past year, mainly looking at SF and or small multifamily units. However, I have not landed a deal yet. The local market is quite competitive. I am exploring other markets in the area because I am not finding deals that pencil out with positive cash flow. I know there are other markets in WA that have better cash flow possibilities. I have learned a lot from the podcast and the forums in general and look forward to networking with other BP members and people located in the area.

Cheers-
Chad
