The development i'm talking about is taking raw/un-entitled land and turning it into a larger development with finished homes/townhomes/multifamily.For example, we have a few projects (40-50 acres) that we've been working on for over two years that have another 6-8 months until we are able to move dirt.

You can purchase in a small spray bottle or a gallon and rent a difuser (which some HD rent) to mist for larger areas.    

I basically group the business into 2 segments, administrative tasks (pricing, marketing, guest communications) and field tasks (cleaning/maintenance).Part of being a successful operator of anything, you have to know your strengths and weaknesses. 

If you found a larger property, say a 20-30 unit property, you could sell multiple houses and 1031 them into it or do a mix of houses and a loan.

That said, you can get a pickup/mover through Task Rabbit.  

You will likely need a new Certificate of Occupancy too, which is no small task.
