Can upset price be more than the outstanding loan amount (judgement amount) ?

Involuntary liens include: state and IRS tax liens, judgements, mechanics liens, etc.

Against my better judgement as a Buckeye I decided that he, even as a Wolverine, would be a great business partner.

We didn't want to bid on it anyway...because we felt the margin was too thin...but so many similar scenarios existed with houses with enormous Judgements and Liens, yet never made it to Auction....Perhaps other investors were offering solutions to these owners that allowed them to save their properties through a loan or other arrangement??

The property is now being auctioned and the FINAL SUMMARY JUDGEMENT OF FORECLOSURE mentions the mortgage lender as the Plaintiff and the HOA as the Cross Plaintiff.  

There are other questionable streets in albany as well, use your best judgement, as a whole I think you will find its not nearly as run down as Syracuse.
