As far as students, I found law students to be the least hassle, and if I let them sublet to another law student over the summer who came for an internship program, the original law student would stay 3 - 4 years or longer (if I got them their first year).I had good luck with nurses. 

I'm studying Architectural studies at Mizzou right now and I'm looking for internships this summer with real estate investors to further my investment knowledge and add more to my resume.

I am definitely going to add it and The Book on Flipping Houses to my library in the near future.As for seeing me around Greenville and Clemson, I'll be driving through Clemson every day this summer again for my internship in Seneca.

In your school district there is a Coastline ROP Instructor who will partner up students with jobs/internships in the community. 

I currently have a very well paying internship that I am pretty confident will result in a full time offer for next summer.
