Lastly, there is a loft style space above the garage that could accommodate a studio (no bathroom however).

For curtain rods we get inexpensive "lock seam" curtain rods that are style-neutral and can be found at home depot or amazon.  

The most important question for me that I would ask at the end of each of the interviews was "is this a family style brokerage, where everyone helps each other out and wants everyone to succeed, or is it more cut throat, in which it's every agent for themselves?"  

I will add the fact that there are things you need to keep in mind when it comes to the HOA fees, Never go with high-rise buildings because those common area fees paid by the HOA will kill you, I typically look at Garden-Style or 4 stories and below, I do have one property that's in a 7 story building but the fees were still fairly low. 

Fixer upper style will not work here right now and I live and work in the Cy-Fair area.

Or accordion style blinds that are easy to position in place. 

Not sure where to start for fix and flip styles homes.

In regards to modular, I actually have been developing a fourplex that I plan to build several of in Spokane Valley, in a modular build style with Champion Homes out of Weiser, Idaho. 

I'm finding that for indoor grow, the prices are in the $800 to $1500 (depending on the quality) a pound.

But without the words condo being removed from the title the FHA would not approve.So now we are working for another extension and switching over to a home style renovation loan in hopes that we can get approval there, as HUD will not be involved.
